Use UCI for SSID names instead of ubus

- UCI get wireless.*.ssid works on this OpenWRT version
- Parse all SSIDs from uci show wireless
- Map hostapd.wlan0-1 -> first SSID, hostapd.wlan0-2 -> second SSID
